When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number if you give it. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see your full card details. If you use the contact form or support chat, we keep your message, name and email.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping invoices.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with Shopify (our shop and checkout platform), payment providers, and the suppliers and carriers that ship your order. We never sell your data.
Cookies
The site uses only the functional storage needed to remember your cart and your support chat. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as tax law requires. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time through the contact page. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
