Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
Auren is an online shop, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42213857. You can reach us through the contact page or the support chat on this website.
2. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. You receive an order confirmation by email. Payments are handled securely by Shopify.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know through the contact page or support chat, and return the item unused. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return.
5. Warranty
You have the statutory warranty that applies under EU consumer law. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
6. Complaints
Send complaints through the contact page with your order number. We reply within 14 days. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
